Some of the highlights include a two story atrium. In addition, Flint Creek will offer fitness and break rooms, storage areas and convenient heated underground parking.

The Lake Barrington Field House includes state-of-the-art synthetic turf playing surface large enough to accommodate a full-size soccer, football or lacrosse field, a hardwood court area suited for 8 volleyball courts also serving as 4 basketball courts. The facility also includes 10,000 square foot professional quality strength and conditioning area and a sports injury rehabilitation center. In addition, The Lake Barrington Field House has rooms available for meetings or parties, office space for staff as well as local youth sports groups, café style food service and a lounge. The Lake Barrington Field House opened its doors in November 2008.

G23 client is also planning to include ten 70ft by 15 ft batting cages for baseball practice. Six meeting/party rooms, each with seating capacity of up to 50 people will make it possible to hold various private events at the Sports Center.
