Development Responsibilities:
Mike Mago is a principal of G23 Development. His strategic thinking and precision tactical implementation is a tremendous asset as he oversees all aspects of project development and sales in the Chicago market.
Professional Qualifications:
An Illinois native, Mike is enthusiastic about making his mark in his home state. With more than 22 years of real estate and construction experience in the Chicago market, he is known for delivering projects on time and within budget, a notable feat. He is regarded as an expert in his representation of companies through the construction process and has participated in transactions exceeding $100M. Prior to his association with G23, Mike worked with Perini Building Company.
Among the clients Mike has had the privilege to work with include: MetLife, Principal Capital, Chalet Hills Golf Club, Hilton Corporation, Material Service Corporations and Trans Union.
He is dedicated to creating developments that improve an individual's quality of life, from developing community fitness facilities to active lifestyle living communities. This is evidenced by innovative G23 developments such as Lake Barrington Field House and The Chalet, an active living lifestyle community.
