| G23 Sports is developing a 180,000 square feet multi-faceted sports facility in Arapahoe County, Colorado. The Sports Complex will attract competitive sports teams for children, teens and adults. The facility will include a 360 ft by 200 ft synthetic turf playing field that accommodate soccer, football or lacrosse, 2 volleyball courts, a 94 ft by 50 ft basketball court which can also be used for volleyball, and a 24,000 SF fitness center. The facility will also house 10,000 SF Speed and Agility training for athletes and a 5,600 SF Golf Instruction. G23 Sports is also planning to include ten 70ft by 15 ft batting cages for baseball practice. The Dove Valley Sports Complex will have available team rooms, concession areas, caffe style food service, along with office space for the staff. |
