| G23 Sports is developing an 130,000 SF multi-faceted sports facility located in Sussex, WI. The Sports Center will be a year round, multi-purpose indoor sports complex consisting of six 84ft by 50ft basketball courts convertible to 12 regulation volleyball courts, a 100 yard 3 lane sprint track, a mezzanine level 250 meter walking/running track, a concession area with food court and arcade as well as two special activity rooms and rooms designated for meetings and parties. Activities in the facility will consist of organized, competitive and recreational sports and organized fitness and recreational use. Targeted sports uses will include Basketball, Volleyball, Baseball, Softball, Futsal, Soccer, Lacrosse and Wrestling. The facility will also accommodate Aerobics, Dance and Cheer, Pilates, Tumbling, Running, Strength and Agility Training, Yoga, Fitness and other recreational sports. Six meeting/party rooms, each with seating capacity of up to 50 people will make it possible to hold various private events at the Sports Center. |
